By accessing, registering on, or using the pk804 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any pk804 application — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and pk804 (the "Operator").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the pk804 platform. Continued use of pk804 following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of the date they are published.

pk804 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pk804 will provide reasonable notice through the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms is always available at pk804.bet/terms-conditions.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active pk804 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law in a manner that would make your use of pk804 unlawful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pk804 employee or contractor, unless explicit written approval has been granted by pk804 management.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pk804 or had a pk804 account terminated for breach of these Terms.

pk804 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory documentation, pk804 may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

To access the full range of pk804 products and services, you must complete the registration process and create a pk804 account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times.

The following conditions apply to your pk804 account:

• You may only hold one account at pk804. If you attempt to open a second account, pk804 may close both accounts and forfeit all associated balances.
• Your account must be registered in your own legal name. Accounts registered under fictitious names, aliases, or third-party names are prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify pk804 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• pk804 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• pk804 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons.

As part of pk804's Know Your Customer obligations under its international gaming licence, you may be required to submit identity verification documents before you can make withdrawals or increase account deposit limits. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence, along with recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.

pk804 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB, Allied Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in PKR.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the pk804 cashier at the time of transaction.
• pk804 does not charge deposit fees for standard PKR transactions via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, for which pk804 accepts no responsibility.

• pk804 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts where KYC has not been completed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals submitted before the daily processing cutoff are typically handled within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard interbank timelines.
• Bonus balances must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in forfeiture of those bonus funds.

All betting and gaming activity on pk804 is subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each product or event, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pk804 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the maximum stake accepted on any market.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User unless a cash-out option is specifically offered and available for that market at that time.
• pk804 is not responsible for system errors, connectivity issues, or technical failures on the User's side that prevent a bet from being placed or confirmed.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are clearly and manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault — pk804 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the applicable stakes.
• All casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer procedures, as applicable. Game results are final once displayed.
• pk804 reserves the right to void any game round or bet where there is evidence of a technical malfunction affecting the integrity of the result.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international test matches, T20Is, and ODIs — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules displayed in the Cricket section of pk804.

Users who are found to be using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage will have their accounts immediately suspended and all winnings forfeited.

pk804 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are available to eligible pk804 account holders only. pk804 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement, minimum odds restrictions, and an expiry period, all of which will be specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash prior to meeting all applicable wagering requirements.

• pk804 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing, accepted bonuses in progress will be honoured according to their stated terms.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased with immediate effect. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure session duration alerts that will notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary break from pk804 for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.

pk804 takes its 21+ age restriction seriously. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source after standard verification procedures are completed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk804 platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, legal action:

• Registering more than one pk804 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the pk804 platform for any money laundering activity or to process funds of unlawful origin.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the pk804 platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the pk804 platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid and will be forfeited.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pk804 staff or other users.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your pk804 account.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account closure imposed by pk804.

All content, materials, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property appearing on or forming part of the pk804 platform are the exclusive property of pk804 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any pk804 content without express prior written consent from pk804.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk804 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• The pk804 name, logo, and all associated brand assets are trademarks of pk804. Unauthorised use of any pk804 trademark is strictly prohibited.
• Any software provided as part of the pk804 platform remains the property of pk804 or its technology partners. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from any pk804 software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk804's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk804 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pk804 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• pk804 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
• pk804 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance may affect platform availability.
• pk804 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or any technical issue occurring outside of pk804's direct infrastructure.
• pk804 is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, including delays, errors, or fees charged by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank.

Either you or pk804 may terminate your pk804 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.

• You may close your account at any time by contacting pk804 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to a verified payment method in your name, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• pk804 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms, if required to do so under applicable law or regulatory instruction, or if continued operation of your account represents a financial, reputational, or compliance risk to pk804.
• Where pk804 terminates your account for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be forfeited, and no compensation will be payable.
• Upon account closure, your right to access and use the pk804 platform ceases immediately. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — shall remain in full force.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk804 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact pk804's customer support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pk804 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

• If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by pk804's international gaming licensing authority.
• These Terms, and any dispute arising under them, shall be construed in the English language. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience shall not override the English-language version.
• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• pk804's failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
